PROGRAMMING

Prodomax designs a complete range of welding systems from semi-automatic, single station machines to fully automated, multi-cell lines. Prodomax welding systems perform accurate and repetitive work on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Prodomax assembly systems have been built to produce a variety of automotive components.

Proud Integration recently worked with Prodomax and was successful in the integration & startup of an Engine Cradle line for one of their customers. The line had 32 MIG weld robots and 12 Material Handling Robots to give you an idea of the size of the line. The programming for this system was completed using Allen Bradley RSLogix5000 PLC Ladder Logic & RsStudio ME Touch screen interfaces.
