PROGRAMMING

The Tube bending industry uses both Electric & Hydro-Electric Servo Axis to accomplish the various requirements of any one process. Typical Tube bending equipment for this customer has up to a total of 16 servo axis. Depending on the system design this total can include up to 13 Electric Servo's & up to 9 Hydraulic controlled axis (Proportional Valves). The programming for these systems are completed using Allen Bradley RSLogix5000 PLC Ladder Logic & RsStudio ME Touch screen interfaces & RMC Delta Servo Controller Event Step Logic.
